Hyundai Tucson: Warren, thanks for taking my question. I recently bought a new Hyundai Tucson, 2009 model year (has been sitting on the lot for 2 years), base model (manual transmission, etc.). I love the vehicle but it has one serious flaw: there's no separate way to unlock the rear cargo door! I don't mind not having the remote door entry feature, but apparently without that feature, there is no way I can unlock the rear door except by unlocking the entire vehicle. The more I confront this, the more I feel it's a security hazard (I have to leave the whole car unlocked while I walk around to open the rear door, then walk back to the driver's door to lock the entire car, etc.). It's also a real annoyance. Is this a design flaw, or a cost saving effort by the manufacturer? It's stupid, in any case, and I wanted to vent to you as well as seek any suggestions for remedy.
