Risser has pleaded guilty to a charge of interstate transfer of stolen merchandise and money, according to court records. The court ordered seizure of Risser and Reed s real estate allows her to keep 11 rental properties. The court order does not mention the residence at 2041 Shawnee Road, which the county treasurer s database still lists as jointly owned by Risser and Reed.It is a complicated and prolonged exercise and the school board must prioritize its objectives and act as a cohesive unit throughout the process.
